Voiceovers And Voiceover Related Questions – The Not Silent Blog 6/12/18

For the past year or so I’ve noticed that when people pose voiceover related questions on a Facebook group or other forum, I’ve already addressed the question in the past with a blog entry. So when a question is posted, I just paste a link to the relevant blog entry. That way I don’t have to write my thoughts on the matter again from scratch.

The odds are that almost all voiceover related questions you have has likely been answered many, many, many times over. Most, if not all of the groups are clogged with questions that are posed every day and it’s not only a waste of everyone’s time to answer them yet again but they often cause arguments. VO veterans want to help everyone with their voiceover related questions but there has to be a better way.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Before you pose your voiceover related questions such as “What do you think of Voices Dot Com?” or “Which microphone should I buy?”, please use the Facebook group or forum Search function first. By doing that, you are being considerate of other people’s time and the effort they have already put in answering the question. You can also go to www.tomdheere.com and search there.
